If you have used the report Unsold Carts and are ready to step up to a tool that is designed to help with sales, then you are ready for Recover Cart Sales. This tool is based on Unsold Carts 1.7 with the scart modifications (as discussed in http://forums.oscommerce.com/index.php?showtopic=61365&st=0) This tool has it's own thread in the forums at: http://forums.oscommerce.com/index.php?showtopic=67701 and I look forward to enhancing it based on your feedback. The tool contains a sales tool (that is also a report tool) and a separate report tool to see how well you have done in converting sales.
