Bootstrap version of the OSC-SupportTicket System 1.0 which was based on 2.2 (http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/1230) Support ticket system fully integrated with osCommerce 2.3.4BS Responsive Version. Does not overwrite any core files. Easily installed and uninstalled with automatic database table creation when installing, and optional database table deletion when uninstalling. Update to fix a couple of bugs. 1. Prevent Warning: Illegal string offset 'username' error in header after replying to a ticket. 2. Sanitize special characters such as double quotes in displayed replies.
