The schedule followed on this particular instance is: handling is $2.00 for up to $50 in total(including tax) handling is $3.00 for 51-75 in total(including tax) handling is $4.00 for 76-100 in total(including tax) handling is $5.00 for $100 total(including tax) There is no interface for the handling caldulation parameters yet so you have to code your calculation in.
